Mental Health Resources
If you are concerned about your emotional/mental health then there are a number of options which you could consider taking:
- Talk to an RA you trust or your college Warden/Deputy Warden and mention you would appreciate further support (if you are in a residential college).
- Talk to your GP or pop into Student Health and let them know what you are going through right now. They will be able to help or put you in touch with other support services.
- Consult a private psychologist or counsellor
- If you have any concerns about the study or have no where else to turn, you can contact us. We can link you with information or help you find a support service that best suits your needs.
