We have noticed that some of your survey responses indicated that you are finding things difficult at the moment. We just wanted to let you know some of the ways that you can get support in addition to having your friends' and family's support.
You can:
- Visit Student Health and let them know that you would appreciate support
- Visit your own doctor, who can also connect you with others in the health service
- Talk to your Head of College/Deputy Head and let them know you would appreciate support
- Talk to your RA/Kiwi Host and let them know you would appreciate support
- Talk with someone else you trust (family member or close friend), and ask them to help you set up an appointment (and maybe go with you) to see someone in the health services who might be better suited to support you at this time.
